Introduction
These terms and conditions apply to all driving lessons and services provided by Khan School of Motoring. By booking lessons with us, you agree to the terms outlined below.

Lesson Booking & Payment
- Lesson fees must be paid in advance or at the start of the lesson.
- Block booking discounts must be paid in full before lessons begin.
- Prices may change at any time, but confirmed bookings will not be affected.

Lesson Cancellations
- A minimum of 48 hours notice is required to cancel or reschedule a lesson.
- Lessons cancelled with less than 48 hours notice may be charged in full.
- If your instructor needs to cancel, a replacement lesson will be arranged as soon as possible.

Late Arrival
- If you are late, the lesson will still end at the scheduled time.
- If the instructor is late, the lost time will be added to the lesson or rescheduled.

Driving Licence Requirements
You must:
- Hold a valid UK provisional or full driving licence
- Be legally fit to drive
- Carry your licence to lessons if requested
Failure to meet these requirements may result in lesson cancellation.

Medical Conditions
You must inform your instructor of any medical condition or medication that may affect your ability to drive safely.

Driving Test Bookings
- Driving tests are booked directly with the DVSA by the pupil.
- Test day car hire is only available to pupils who have reached the required test standard.
- The instructor reserves the right to withdraw use of the car if safety is a concern.

Block Bookings & Refunds
- Block booking lessons must be used within 6 months of purchase.
- Refunds for unused lessons may be issued at the instructor’s discretion.

Behaviour & Safety
Lessons may be terminated if a pupil:
- Is under the influence of alcohol or drugs
- Behaves in a dangerous or abusive manner
- Refuses to follow instructor guidance
In these cases, the lesson fee will not be refunded.

Liability
Khan School of Motoring is fully insured for driving tuition. However, we are not responsible for test cancellations, delays or DVSA decisions.
